Changing your bank account is a very simple and quick process. Follow these steps to change it:

 

1) Have your Bank Account Details (RIB) ready

• You must be the account holder.
• It must be issued by your bank.
• This document must show your full name, the IBAN and BIC, as well as the name or logo of your bank.
  💡 We also accept bank slips printed from ATMs.
  
   

2) Upload your document to your account and contact us

🚨 Before sending your documents, please make sure they are readable, in color, and with all four edges visible.

• Send us the supporting document directly through your player account.  
• Make sure to send us an email at support@madnix.com, as well as the reason for sending this document.
   

3) It's up to date!

• Once we have received your new bank details and your explanation, your banking information will be updated on your player account.
• A confirmation will be sent to you!
