Changing your identity information requires verification. Follow these steps to modify them:

1) Have your identity document ready

• This document must be valid
• We accept the following documents:
  ৹ A national identity card(front and back)
  ৹ A driver's license (front and back)
  ৹ A passport (including the signature page)
  ৹ A residence permit (with a validity date of more than 10 years)
  
   

2) Upload your document to your account and contact us

🚨 Before sending your documents, please make sure they are readable, in color, and with all four edges visible.

• Send us your identity document directly through your player account.  
• Be sure to send us at support@madnix.com, as well as the reason for sending this document.
   

3) Response from our services

• Once we have received your identity document along with your explanation, our dedicated service will review your request in order to process it
• A confirmation will be sent to you by email!
