Changing your postal address is a very simple and quick process. Follow these steps to change it:

 

1) Have a proof of address ready

• This document must be less than 3 months old.
• This document must be in your name.
• If this is not the case, please provide us with the front and back of your host's ID document, as well as a handwritten letter attesting that you are indeed living with this person.
  (signed, dated, stating the date of birth of both the hosted person and the host, and at the postal address listed)
• The accepted documents are :
  ৹ An electricity, telephone, internet, or gas bill/contract holder certificate
  ৹ A home insurance certificate
  ৹ A tax notice for the current year (if received within the last three months)
  ৹ A bank statement (except from online banks)
  
   

2) Upload your document to your account and contact us

🚨 Before sending your documents, please make sure they are legible, in color, and with all four edges visible.

• Send us the proof via your player account directly.  
• If it is to change your postal address, make sure to send us your old and new address by email to support@madnix.com, as well as the reason for sending this document.
   

3) It's updated!

• Once we have received your proof and your explanation, your address will be updated on your player account.
• A confirmation will be sent to you!
