2) Several unsuccessful attempts
For security reasons specific to VISA, the following rules are applied:
- 3 failed deposit attempts with a Visa card within 24 hours will block the card for purchases on our site for 24 hours.
- 9 failed attempts within a rolling 7-day period will block the VISA card on our site for 7 days

15 failed attempts within a rolling 30-day period will also block your card on our site for 30 days.
3) Alternatives
In such a situation, you can wait for the blocking period for your card to end or use another deposit method such as:
- Instant transfers via Instant Banking
- A MasterCard bank card
- Using a virtual card. Some banks offer virtual cards (MasterCard) that will be accepted on our site.
