When you place a withdrawal, it may remain on hold for various reasons. We invite you to check the possibilities mentioned below:

1) Your player account has not yet been verified

• Please note that withdrawals are validated within 24 hours on average, once your player account has been verified.
• Please check that all your documents have been uploaded and validated.
• For more information on documents, please consult our ‘Documents’ section.

2) Your withdrawal limit has been reached

• You can withdraw up to a total of 5,000 EUR within a 7-day rolling period, with a maximum of 2,500 EUR per withdrawal request.
• If, for example, you make four withdrawals of 1,000 EUR at the same time, only two will be validated in 24 hours on average. The other two will be validated 7 days later.
